You can see the cost and delivery time when placing your order. Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days.

Yes. Consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Then return the product to the same address.

The cost of returning the package is covered by the customer.

The product should be:
• undamaged,
• in the original packaging,
• with complete equipment.
You can test it, but if you use it beyond normal testing, the refund value may be reduced proportionally.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of its return.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among other things:
• custom-made products,
• open products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics),
• perishable products or products with a short shelf life,
• products that are inseparably connected with others after delivery.

We process complaints within 14 days.
