TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

§1. Definitions

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meanings:
1. Store / Online Store – online store available at: www.multiverse.spa, operated by Multiverse.
2. Seller/Service Provider – Multiverse, ul. Chemików 2, Magazyn 1, 62-030 Luboń, NIP: [enter], REGON: [enter], e-mail: shop@multiverse.spa.
3. Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit with legal capacity who makes a purchase in the Store.
4. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase for purposes not directly related to business activity.
5. Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person conducting business activity who makes a purchase not related to their professional activity (Article 38a).
6. Product/Goods – movable items available in the Store's offer.
7. Sales Agreement – an agreement concluded remotely between the Customer and the Seller.
8. Customer Account – an individual user panel created in the Store.
9. Business days – days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

§3. Terms of Use of the Store

1. To use the Store, you need a device with Internet access, a web browser, and an active email address.
2. The customer undertakes to provide accurate information.
3. Actions that may disrupt the operation of the Store or violate data security are prohibited.

§4. Placing orders

1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website: www.multiverse.spa.
2. The customer selects the Products, adds them to the shopping cart, and fills out the order form.
3. After placing an order, the Customer receives:
1. confirmation of order placement,
2. confirmation of order acceptance for fulfillment.
4. The sales agreement is concluded when the Customer receives confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing.

§5. Prices and payments

1. The prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).
2. Available payment methods:
o fast online payments (Przelewy24/PayPro),
about BLIK,
by card payment,
about PayPal,
by traditional bank transfer.
3. The order will be processed after the payment has been credited to our account.

§6. Delivery

1. Delivery is carried out within Poland and to EU countries.
2. Delivery methods:
About InPost Parcel Locker / Courier,
about DPD, DHL, Apaczka.
3. Delivery costs are shown when placing an order.
4. Order fulfillment usually takes 1–3 business days.
5. For international orders, delivery times may be longer.

§7. Customer Account

1. The customer may create an account in the Store or use it without registration.
2. The customer has access to their order history, invoices, and address details.
3. The account may be deleted at the Customer's request.

§8. Right to withdraw from the contract

1. Consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Product.
2. To withdraw from the contract, send a statement to the following address:

or mailing address: Multiverse, ul. Chemików 2, Magazyn 1, 62-030 Luboń.
3. The product should be returned to the above address.
4. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
5. The Seller shall refund the Customer within 14 days of receiving the Product or proof of its return.
6. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from use beyond normal inspection.

§9. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
1. products made to individual order or personalized,
2. products delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for hygiene or health reasons (e.g., cosmetics, accessories that come into contact with the skin),
3. products that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life,
4. products that become inseparably connected with other items after delivery.

§10. Complaints (non-compliance of goods with the contract)

1. The Seller shall be liable for any lack of conformity of the Product with the contract in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
2. Complaints can be submitted:

traditionally to the Seller's address.
3. The complaint should include:
the Customer's first and last name,
order number,
description of non-compliance,
photos/video (if possible).
4. The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days.
5. If a complaint is accepted, the Seller will repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund the money.

§11. Protection of personal data

1. The Seller is the administrator of the Customer's personal data.
2. Data is processed for the purposes of order fulfillment, marketing, accounting, and account management.
3. The rules for data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy available at www.multiverse.spa/polityka-prywatnosci.

§12. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

1. The Seller may amend the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, including changes in the law, payment methods, or expansion of the Store's functionality.
2. Customers with accounts will be notified of changes 14 days before they take effect.
3. Changes to the terms and conditions do not affect orders placed before the date of their entry into force.

§13. Dispute resolution (ODR)

1. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods.
2. The European Commission's ODR platform is available at:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
3. Any disputes between the Seller and the Customer shall be settled by the competent common court.

§14. Final provisions

1. In matters not covered herein, the provisions of Polish and EU law shall apply.
2. The Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Store's website.
3. The regulations shall enter into force on [insert date].
